This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, international environment. The role will involve supporting key client relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day account administration, and delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting the management of relationships with international distributors and sales representatives
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Assisting with order processing, coordination, and general account administration
- Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and managing client data
- Supporting the team with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Assisting with product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates
- Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and following up on actions
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting with inventory coordination
- Liaising with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations
- Helping to ensure brand consistency across communications and materials
- Providing general administrative support to the wider commercial team
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role this is an essential requirement
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Interest in working within a creative or product-based business (desirable)
