This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and relationship focused individual to manage and develop key international partnerships, driving sales performance and identifying new opportunities across global markets.
DAY TO DAY:

Managing and developing relationships with international distributors and sales representatives

Driving sales growth through strategic planning, forecasting and performance analysis

Identifying opportunities for market expansion, new product categories and seasonal launches

Conducting regular business reviews and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement
-
Leading pricing discussions, promotional planning and range reviews
-
Monitoring sales data, inventory levels and market trends to inform decision-making

Ensuring brand consistency across all channels, including digital and in-store presence

Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and operations

Supporting forecasting and demand planning to optimise stock availability

Representing the business at trade shows, meetings and international visits
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Proven experience in account management, ideally with international distributors

A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Experience within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, giftware or similar sectors (desirable)

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
