This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop their commercial and sales skills. You’ll take ownership of an existing client base while proactively driving repeat business, identifying opportunities, and progressing towards a more sales-focused role over time.
The day to day
Client Management & Relationship Building
- Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client needs
- Build strong relationships via phone, Teams, and occasional meetings
- Maintain regular contact to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Sales & Commercial Development
- Proactively drive repeat business across your client base
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
- Support the growth of accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop outbound activity, including LinkedIn engagement and outreach
Account Support & Coordination
- Support clients with orders, queries, and product recommendations
- Ensure all systems and account notes are kept up to date
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Maintain high standards of organisation across multiple accounts
What you'll bring
- Friendly, proactive, and reliable
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone and over video
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients
- Commercially aware and comfortable identifying opportunities
- Keen to learn and develop within a sales-focused role
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and engaging in outreach activity
- Background in customer service, sales, or account management
- B2B experience is beneficial but not essential
- Experience within hospitality is advantageous

- £26,500 basic salary
