Juice is proud to be working with our long standing client in Chippenham in their search for a temporary Accounts receivable assistant. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the accounts function with a drive to develop within a global business. With a strong company culture this orgnaisation is going from strength to strength!
DAY TO DAY:
- Submit monthly and daily postal invoices
- Query resolution through credits or charges given to client as required
- Manage client portals to ensure they have updated and accurate information recorded
- General maintenance and updating of all aspects of the Sales Ledger
- Update and maintain sales ledger database and filing system
- Work to departmental and companywide KPIs
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Apply cash received accurately to invoices and credit notes
- Ad hoc tasks as required
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Good excel skills
- Experience within a credit control or Accounts receivable role
- Comfortable chasing payments over the phone and on email
- able to commute to Chippenham, due to location a driver is preferred
