Juice is seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling Assistant to coordinate and manage appointments for our field engineers. The role involves planning daily schedules, liaising with engineers and customers, and ensuring appointments are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day
- Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for field engineers.
- Allocate jobs to engineers based on availability, location, and skillset.
- Update and maintain scheduling systems and internal databases.
- Complete appointment reports, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Communicate appointment details to engineers and customers.
- Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate urgent jobs, delays, or cancellations.
- Monitor engineer workloads and optimise route planning where possible.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Ensure all job information is accurate and updated within the system.
What we would love to see
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, or a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone based communication.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling or CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
