We are recruiting a dedicated Administrator to work within a busy and established team of 10. This role centres around business-to-business communications, working with a ticketed helpdesk set up to ensure customer queries are dealt with smoothly.
This role comes with full training in the role and a supportive team environment. Hours of work – 10 am – 6pm.
DAY TO DAY:
Liaising with business-to-business customers, following initial sale of product
Responding to queries over delivery times / days, clarifying information, providing photographic images, additional detail etc
Meeting daily / weekly response times, working to set Service Level Agreements, entering all information and data correctly in to the CRM
Ensuring compliance and adhering to relevant policies / regulations
Using MS Word or Excel daily
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
An ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment – ideally with a background of 1 year in an office
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Positive approach to customer service, ability to work to deadlines
