You will be supporting the day-to-day running of a luxury jewellery boutique in Clifton. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in daily operations
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service
- Drive sales and support achievement of targets
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and security
- Handle after-sales service, repairs, and special orders
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Ensure smooth opening/closing of the boutique
About You
- Retail leadership experience, ideally in luxury or premium stores
- Strong sales ability with a client-focused approach
- Professional, polished, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident working in a target-driven environment
