Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a prestigious independent jeweller in the search for a Brand Manager to take ownership of their brand across all marketing, creative, and communications activity.
This is a highly creative, hands-on role combining strategic marketing planning with full delivery responsibility. You will ensure the brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints including stores, digital platforms, events, PR, partnerships, and printed materials.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping annual marketing strategy while also delivering day-to-day creative output. This role would suit someone with strong design capability, excellent visual storytelling skills, and experience managing multi-channel marketing activity.
The day to day
- Develop and present annual and quarterly marketing plans, including campaigns, events, partnerships, and store activity
- Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent execution across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Create and deliver in-store POS materials including window displays, posters, lightboxes, and A-boards
- Produce seasonal video content for in-store screens and digital marketing use
- Oversee annual brand photoshoot planning, creative direction, and supplier coordination
- Manage and maintain strong brand identity across all creative output and communications
- Oversee social media strategy and content delivery in collaboration with the Digital Marketing & Content Manager
- Support website content creation including campaign pages, blogs, and SEO optimisation activity
- Build and manage PR, media relationships, press releases, and editorial opportunities
- Plan and deliver client events, including venue management, invitations, guest lists, and on-the-day coordination
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or Marketing role with line management experience
- Strong creative ability with hands-on design experience (Adobe Creative Suite essential)
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing activity
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling and visual identity
- Experience in content creation, photography or videography desirable
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
- Experience in retail, luxury, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred
