Juice Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing and well-established energy consultancy. In this role, you will play a central part in expanding the client base across private and public sector organisations, selling a full range of energy services, including compliance, procurement, and sustainability solutions.
This role is perfect for a confident, results-driven sales professional who thrives on cold calling and converting new business opportunities, managing the full sales process from initial contact through to contract completion. Ideally, this person will look to take the next step and lead the sales team within just 3–4 years, shaping the growth of the business and driving your own success.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and engage new business prospects via cold calling, outbound campaigns, networking, and inbound enquiries.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and other prospecting tools.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to signed contract, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work across departments to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
- Represent the business at networking events and meetings to generate leads and build relationships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- You MUST have a driving license and own vehicle.
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Energy, utilities, or sustainability experience is highly desirable.
- Confident in cold calling and proactive lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

- Basic salary £30-35k
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE first year £55-60k
