DAY TO DAY –
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate leads to convert to sales
- Maintain the internal CRM with progress of leads and prospects
- Work with key accounts to develop relationships
- Meet KPI’s
- General administration
ALL ABOUT YOU -
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to working with recruitment/ HR teams
- Familiarity with tech and AI
- Target driven
- Ideally a good working knowledge within the recruitment/ HR industry
AND FOR YOU -
- Hybrid once trained with offices in central Bath
