This role would suit an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
Day To Day:
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting enquiries into long-term customers. You’ll manage high volumes of outbound and inbound activity, using multiple communication channels to maximise sales and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through outbound calls, inbound enquiries and targeted cold calling
- Engaging prospective customers via phone, email and live chat
- Proactively following up on quotes to convert leads and exceed sales targets
- Processing customer payments and supporting accurate credit control
- Working closely with Sales and General Managers to support campaigns and optimise sales strategies
What We Would Love To See:7
We’re keen to speak with motivated sales professionals who are confident communicators and resilient in their approach.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing or a similar role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Confidence using CRM systems, email and live chat platforms
- A proactive, positive and target-focused mindset
