This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM-savvy marketer who’s passionate about driving lead generation through data-led campaigns. You’ll play a key role in managing multi-channel marketing activity and fully utilising HubSpot to nurture leads, support the sales team, and report on performance.

Day to Day:

Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, aligned with business development strategy

Build and maintain a campaign and content calendar that supports wider strategic goals

Own all campaign activity within HubSpot CRM – including set-up, automation, segmentation, and reporting

Use data insights from HubSpot to identify high-quality leads, refine messaging, and measure ROI

Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and presentations

Update and optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages to support lead conversion

Collaborate closely with sales teams to share campaign results, generate high-quality leads, and support solution-based selling

Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports for the Executive Board

Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring spend is planned, approved, and delivering results
We’d Love to See:

3–5+ years’ experience in a marketing, CRM or campaign role, ideally within a B2B or communications-led environment

Strong experience managing campaigns using HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform
-
Proven track record of generating and nurturing leads through digital campaigns

Confident in using CRM data to segment audiences, monitor engagement and report on performance

Excellent copywriting, content editing, and communication skills

Organised, self-motivated, and confident working across departments to meet shared goals

A commercial mindset and passion for using marketing to drive measurable business outcomes
