Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a dynamic and expanding team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial work, advising a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing and SaaS agreements)
- Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
- Supporting corporate transactions and cross-border commercial matters
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal solutions
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple matters independently
- Client-focused with strong attention to detail
