Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading national Facilities Management organisation in their search for a Consumer Research and Data Analyst to join their growing UK operation.
This is a brand-new role, created to bring together customer and employee feedback, research and experience data to help shape business decisions and improvements across the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about people, behaviours and experiences, confident interpreting information and able to turn feedback and findings into clear recommendations. You’ll work with customer surveys, employee feedback, engagement data and workforce information to understand what is happening across the organisation, identify themes and trends, and provide senior stakeholders with insight they can act on.
The focus is on understanding the story behind the data - exploring why customers and employees feel the way they do, identifying opportunities to improve experience and engagement, and connecting insight to outcomes such as customer satisfaction, employee retention and business performance.
With over 3,000 employees across the UK and a large operational workforce across multiple regions, this is an excellent opportunity for someone from a customer insight, consumer research, employee insight, people analytics, market research or business improvement background who wants to make their mark in a newly created role.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse customer and employee feedback, engagement and workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Bring together different sources of customer and employee insight to understand experience across the organisation
- Produce clear, accurate and insightful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Monitor staff retention rates and highlight regional differences and patterns, such as North vs South performance
- Analyse staff survey and customer feedback results, translating findings into actionable recommendations• Identify patterns and trends within workforce data to support retention and turnover strategies
- Explore the relationship between employee experience, engagement and retention, as well as customer experience
- Present insights, findings and proposed solutions to senior leadership teams
- Assist with careers engagement reporting and activity, including partnerships with universities and colleges
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in customer insight, consumer research, employee insight, people analytics, market research, data analysis or business improvement
- A strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in understanding people, behaviours and experiences
- Experience analysing survey, feedback or research data and identifying meaningful trends and patterns
- Confidence presenting complex findings and practical recommendations to senior stakeholders
