Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established property management company in Bath with their search for a Credit Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team. This role is open to candidates from various backgrounds, including hospitality, retail, customer service, or administration. The key is finding someone who can thrive under pressure, manage expectations effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure rent payments are collected on time and manage arrears
- Check unallocated accounts to ensure payments are correctly allocated
- Monitor and resolve rent account discrepancies
- Negotiate payment plans to minimise rental arrears
- Liaise with third parties to manage arrears effectively
- Collect and manage data and documentation
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Identify rent account anomalies and report them to management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
- IT proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Determined, enthusiastic, and solution-focused with an adaptable approach to work
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, managing expectations effectively
