Key Responsibilities:
• Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Overseeing the full order process from initial registration through to survey booking, manufacturing, delivery, payment and final installation
• Managing and responding to customer queries both before and after installation
• Reporting any delays or issues to the relevant supervisor and working to resolve them quickly
• Taking ownership of aftercare and remedial works to ensure everything is completed to a high standard
• Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
