Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established and trusted organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing and supportive payroll team.
This business is going through such an exciting period of growth in the new year and have also just moved into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, looking to develop their career within a professional payroll environment. Full training is provided.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing excellent customer service to contractors and agencies via phone, email and webchat.
- Handling a high volume of inbound payroll and pension-related queries.
- Data entry, raising invoices and submitting timesheets on behalf of contractors and agencies.
- Supporting Auto-Enrolment Workplace and Private Pension queries, as well as processing expense claims.
- Assisting with payslip and PAYE-related queries.
- Producing payroll reports and documentation for contractors.
- Learning and supporting end-to-end payroll processes.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous customer service or office-based administration experience.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
AND FOR YOU:
- Hybrid working available following probation (3 office / 2 home)
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service
