Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded and long-established lettings agency based in the heart of Central Bristol, as they look to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly organised, and proactive in their approach, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, acting as the first point of contact for guests and landlords, while occasionally supporting the wider company where necessary.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the first point of contact for guests, landlords, and internal teams, providing a warm and professional experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accurate calendar management and smooth check-ins/check-outs
- Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism, resolving problems quickly and effectively
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks, documentation, and general office duties
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- 2+ years’ experience in an office-based position
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
- No property experience required

- Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am–5:00pm (no weekends!)
