Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established estate agency in Weston-Super-Mare, with the appointment of a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The company is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, you will have previous lettings or property experience and be looking to take on a new challenge, with the opportunity to work towards your ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification.
Alternatively, if you are polished, confident and highly motivated to build a career within the property industry, then they would consider this too.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to manage multiple tenancies. You will take ownership of a portfolio of properties, overseeing everything from tenant move-in through to the end of the tenancy.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing an allocated portfolio of managed properties throughout the tenancy
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance and repair issues, liaising with contractors and arranging works
- Organising property visits and following up on any issues identified
- Managing tenancy changes, rent reviews and arrears
- Maintaining accurate tenancy, property and compliance records
- Managing notices, check-outs, deposit returns and end-of-tenancy processes
- Responding to a high volume of phone and email enquiries
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Providing general administrative and office support when required
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Ideally lettings or property management experience, however very open to customer facing and office roles
- Confident and professional communication skills

- Office based in Weston-super-Mare
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, alternating 9am–6pm and 9am–5.30pm / 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am–4pm, with a day off in lieu
