Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Customer Service Advisor, based in central Gloucester.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, responding to email enquiries and processing orders. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Day to day
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service to all customers.
- Handle high volume incoming calls to arrange product hire and related services.
- Respond to customer queries and orders via the info inbox.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues or complaints in a positive and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, site staff, and customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Upsell where appropriate.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
