You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves them with a positive, uplifting experience. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and letters from customers
- Take ownership of individual cases and follow them through to resolution
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to solve customer issues
- Keep accurate records and update the company CRM
- Provide helpful, friendly advice and guidance to customers
- Work to personal and team targets while maintaining excellent service standards
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in an office-based role
- Confident, professional, and friendly on the phone
- Calm under pressure and able to handle challenging situations

- Competitive salary £25,750 with bonus (OTE £27,500)
