Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will be providing integral support to the online sales department, playing a key role in the future of automotive retailing. This position focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to inbound leads via telephone and email.
- Providing a consultative and professional experience to customers.
- Driving appointments for our sales from inbound enquiries.
- Uploading customer requirements and information to their sales tracking platform.
- Handling objections, negotiating effectively, and supporting customers to a successful outcome.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Proven customer service experience (retail or hospitality backgrounds will be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence on the phone.
- A team player who is self-motivated, professional, and adaptable.
AND FOR YOU:
- 37.5 hours per week on a rota including evenings and weekends.
- Salary: £25,000 with a commission structure in place.
- 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
