This is more than just a customer service role – it’s an opportunity to make a genuine difference to customers by providing friendly, professional support and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and empathy. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting customers over the phone, email, and letters
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution
- Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve issues
- Updating internal systems and keeping customer records accurate
- Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
- Following up on outstanding queries and keeping customers informed
- Working towards individual KPIs and service targets
- Prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous call centre / office-based experience
- Confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Empathetic, customer-focused, and confident handling objections
