Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an award winning company in Filton, with the appointment of a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
You will be working within the customer service team, supporting CCTV and alarm users across the UK. This is a varied role where you’ll help customers, manage records, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. You must pass security vetting, provide 5 years of employment history & references, and be able to explain any gaps in employment.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls and respond to emails with clear, helpful updates
- Support customers with queries and basic technical issues
- Update systems and maintain accurate records
- Complete reports and high-volume data entry
- Help set up new CCTV and alarm systems
- Handle complaints and find solutions
- Provide administration support to other teams
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- 1-2 years in an office based, customer service role
- Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (including Excel)
