The Day-to-Day
Working as part of a professional two-person delivery team, you’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey - ensuring every customer receives a positive, memorable experience.
No two days are the same. You’ll load the van, follow a planned delivery schedule with timed appointment windows, and safely install a range of household appliances into customers’ homes. From lifting and manoeuvring equipment to completing basic water and electrical connections, this is a role for someone confident, practical and customer-focused.

Safely deliver and install household appliances within customer homes

Follow a planned route and manage timed delivery windows

Use moving equipment such as sack trucks, lifting straps and tools

Carry out basic installation/connection using existing electrical and water supplies

Provide exceptional service at every delivery - polite, professional and reassuring

Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard

Work collaboratively with your delivery partner to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For

Aged 25+ (due to vehicle insurance requirements)

Experience driving a Luton van

Strong practical ability - solid DIY skills are a must
-
Excellent customer service skills; confident dealing with customers in their homes

Able to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and safety

Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting

A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Desirable:

Previous appliance installation experience

Background in delivery, trades, removals, or hands-on customer-facing roles
