We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer to own and optimise email and SMS marketing across the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and measurable revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role working across two core brands with a light-touch focus on two additional brands.

Own the email and SMS marketing programme across the customer lifecycle.

Build and optimise high-performing campaigns and CRM flows.

Improve segmentation, personalisation, and automation to maximise engagement and revenue.

Collaborate closely with subscription, reviews, and loyalty platforms to create a seamless customer experience.
The day to day:
-
Manage day-to-day email marketing in Klaviyo, including campaign planning, build, scheduling, and reporting.

Create high-quality email campaigns using templates or designing assets via Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Build, maintain, and optimise CRM flows (welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, subscription retention).

Own segmentation and personalisation using behavioural, transactional, and engagement data.

Analyse data to improve deliverability, engagement, conversion, and LTV.

Support subscription retention and lifecycle messaging through Recharge (renewals, churn prevention, proactive comms).

Leverage Reviews.io to drive review capture, social proof, and post-purchase engagement.

Use LoyaltyLion to increase enrolment, points redemption, tier progression, and VIP communications.

Maintain strong email structures: list growth, suppression strategy, preference management, and GDPR compliance.

Run structured A/B tests (subject lines, creative, offers, timing, segmentation) and document learnings.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to align messaging and promotions.
You will bring:

Proven experience in an email/CRM role within eCommerce.

Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo (building emails, flows, segmentation, reporting).

Experience with Recharge, Reviews.io, LoyaltyLion (or comparable subscription, reviews, and loyalty platforms).

Confident creating visual assets in Canva and/or Adobe.

Solid understanding of lifecycle strategy, CRM automation, and customer journey mapping.

Strong analytical skills: interpreting metrics and turning insights into actionable improvements.

Excellent attention to detail: QA, links, rendering, tracking, audience selection.

Strong written communication and a keen eye for layout and brand consistency.
