Event Sales Executive
Bristol – Office based
£25,000 – £30,000 DOE + Commission + Excellent Benefits

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic events business based in central Bristol, as they look to grow their sales team with the addition of a driven and ambitious Delegate Sales Executive.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a global business that connects senior executives from some of the world’s biggest companies with high-value networking and learning opportunities. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, commercial environment where curiosity, drive, and the ability to engage with decision-makers are key.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting new leads and building rapport, through to delivering bespoke solutions and closing deals. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Identifying and engaging with senior executives from Fortune 500 and Blue-Chip organisations globally
- Prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other platforms to generate high-quality leads
- Researching senior decision-makers to understand their roles, challenges, and business objectives
- Consulting with prospects to understand their needs and recommending tailored networking and learning opportunities
- Managing the full sales process from first contact to post-event follow-up
- Building rapport with both new and existing clients, developing long-term relationships
- Handling multiple projects at once, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of DigiLive products and researching your market to stay ahead of industry trends
About you
- 1–2 years’ sales experience – ideally B2B or event sales
- Confidence when speaking to senior decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and hit deadlines
- A curious and intelligent approach to client conversations – someone who asks the right questions
- A desire to learn, grow and progress your career within a consultative sales environment
- Experience using CRM systems and confidence with IT tools
- Someone who thrives in an office-based team and is happy working full-time from the Bristol HQ
In Return:
- £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
