Juice Recruitment are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join there dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in Central Cheltenham, combining remote flexibility with purposeful in-person time and occasional travels internationally and to London.
DAY TO DAY:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings
Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
Support decision-making by organising information and tracking actions
Managing inbox for the company director
Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and offsites
Organise travel arrangements (UK and occasional international), including London trips and trips overseas
Handle expenses, invoices, and basic budget tracking
Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
Draft emails, presentations, and documents on behalf of executives
Liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and workflows
Implement tools or processes to increase efficiency and organisation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working both independently (remote) and collaboratively
Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.
Flexible and willing to travel occasionally (including London & Overseas)
WORKING MODEL:
Hybrid working model: a mix of remote work and a couple of days in Central Cheltenham
Occasional travel required for meetings, events, or executive support
