We are recruiting for an exciting Field Sales Agent opportunity with an established and successful home improvement business. With high-value products and an average order value exceeding £3,000, this role offers significant commission potential for the right individual.

The Role

As a Field Sales Agent, you will visit customers in their homes, understand their requirements and provide expert advice on a range of premium home improvement products.

You will be provided with qualified leads, meaning your focus is on building relationships, understanding customer needs and converting opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Visiting qualified prospective and existing customers at their homes

• Conducting professional and engaging product consultations

• Understanding customers’ requirements and recommending suitable products

• Presenting and demonstrating products effectively

• Preparing accurate and detailed written quotations

• Managing the sales process from initial consultation through to completion

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry developments

• Managing your own diary and workload effectively

About You

We are looking for a confident and commercially driven sales professional who is comfortable working independently and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous field sales or consultative sales experience - in homes

• Experience selling directly to consumers within their homes is highly desirable

• Experience within home improvements, awnings, windows, blinds, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture or similar high-value products would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, customer-focused approach

• Excellent listening and consultative selling skills

• The ability to confidently discuss products, pricing and quotations

• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently

• Good IT skills, with confidence using a laptop or tablet

• A genuine desire to maximise earning potential through sales performance
