You would be joining a team of established advisers who are committed to providing high standards and maintaining high service standards.
You will play a key role in supporting advisers, paraplanners and will have regular communication with 3rd party providers and clients.
We'd welcome candidates returning from a career break or those starting out and pursuing an ambitious journey.
DAY TO DAY:
Acting as key point of contact for advisers, over phone and email, relaying information accurately and efficiently
Communicating with product providers on behalf of clients
Sending out application forms for clients to sign and return,
Updating CRM databases with key information,
Creating and sending letters of authority
Gathering data from providers to support product reviews
Assisting advisers with admin tasks including filing
Scanning documents in to client files,
Assisting with diary management, welcoming guests in to meetings
