We are recruiting for an established and growing financial services employer who are expanding their key team members.
This role is vital to ensuring excellent service for advisers and clients alike.
DAY TO DAY:
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, opening and closing accounts, responding to queries
Setting up accounts on platform, dealing with access requests
First point of contact for a range of customer and adviser communications
Efficiently managing requests while maintaining high standards in compliance and quality
You'll need to be proactive, comfortable with data processing and have excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in this client-facing role
A willingness to learn more about investments, ISAs, and SIPPs
Training on platform knowledge and investment products will be provided, so an interest or basic understanding is beneficial
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:
Previous experience in administration or client services, ideally within financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of platform processes, ISAs, and SIPPs is advantageous, but not essential
