Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an energy & sustainability consultancy in Central Bristol, with the appointment of a Graduate Administrator to join their growing team.
This role offers a structured career pathway within the energy sector, initially focusing on delivery and compliance administration. You’ll develop a strong understanding of energy surveying services, including Display Energy Certificates (DECs), Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and TM44 inspections, while helping to ensure a diverse portfolio of clients remains compliant and receives a consistently high-quality service.
As your knowledge and experience develop, there will be the opportunity to progress into a more technical and client-focused Energy Surveyor role. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, applying your technical knowledge and practical experience to undertake energy compliance surveys and inspections. You’ll also contribute to business growth through client retention and account development.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a strong understanding of energy, compliance and sustainability services and how they are delivered to customers.
- Gather, organise and analyse energy data and supporting documentation from clients.
- Assist with reporting, certification, quotations, proposals and compliance renewal programmes.
- Communicate confidently with clients and suppliers via phone and email, delivering an excellent level of customer service.
- Identify opportunities to add value to customer accounts and support account growth.
- Represent the business professionally during customer meetings, site visits, surveys and stakeholder engagements.
- Undertake structured training and professional development to achieve relevant compliance and energy surveying qualifications.
- Support the coordination and delivery of compliance services, including DECs, EPCs and TM44 inspections, with the opportunity to learn how to conduct these independently as your experience develops.

- You must be degree-educated and have a strong academic background.
- You must have a full UK driving licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and documentation.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
