Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a growing energy and sustainability consultancy in Central Bristol, who are looking for a Graduate Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career in the energy and sustainability sector, with full training and support provided. You’ll initially work alongside the team to help coordinate projects, manage information and communicate with clients. You’ll get to learn how businesses use energy, how buildings can become more efficient, and how companies make sure they meet important energy requirements.
As you build your knowledge and confidence, there will be plenty of opportunity to progress your career and move into a more specialist Energy Surveyor role. In this position, you’ll get out and about visiting different sites, working with clients and carrying out energy surveys and inspections.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Helping the team coordinate energy and sustainability projects from start to finish.
- Collecting and organising information from clients and making sure everything is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the team with reports, quotes, proposals and project paperwork.
- Speaking with clients and suppliers by phone and email and building great working relationships.
- Helping make sure clients receive a high-quality service and their projects stay on track.
- Getting involved in customer meetings, site visits and surveys as your experience develops.
- Learning about energy efficiency, sustainability and how businesses can reduce their energy use.
- Taking part in structured training and working towards industry-recognised qualifications.
- Developing your knowledge of energy surveys and inspections, with the opportunity to eventually carry these out yourself.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Must be degree educated with a strong academic background.
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
- Comfortable working with information, data and paperwork.
- Keen to learn and develop a career within the energy and sustainability sector.
- A full UK driving licence holder.

- £25,000–£27,000 salary
