Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and fast-growing property company, with the appointment of a Head of Tenancy Services to join their head office team.
This is a senior, influential role suited to an experienced property professional who thrives on structure, compliance, and people leadership. You will take ownership of the end-to-end tenancy services function, acting as the escalation point for complex tenant and deposit disputes, leading communications with tenants and landlords, and proactively identifying risks before they escalate.
You will manage a small tenancy and maitenence services team, setting clear processes, ensuring legislative compliance, and driving consistently high standards of customer experience across a diverse residential portfolio. This is an office-based, process-led role with genuine scope to shape how the department operates.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the Tenancy Services function, overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance

Act as senior escalation point for tenant disputes, deposit disputes, and complex tenancy matters

Take full ownership of deposit processes, including dispute resolution and negotiations

Head up tenant and people communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism across all touchpoints

Proactively identify emerging issues, risks, or trends across the portfolio before they become formal complaints or disputes

Ensure full legislative and regulatory compliance, including certifications, tenancy documentation, and audit readiness

Develop, implement, and refine processes and controls to drive efficiency and reduce risk

Work closely with block managers, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Oversee checkout processes and ensure timely, fair, and compliant deposit resolutions

Champion a customer-focused yet commercially balanced approach with both tenants and landlord
