Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and well-established organisation in their search for an experienced Health & Safety Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with ambitious growth plans, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and continuously improving health and safety standards across the organisation.
Day to Day:
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of all Health & Safety responsibilities across the business. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be instrumental in creating a culture of safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Leading on fire safety management and compliance
- Delivering engaging training sessions to staff at all levels
- Managing and investigating incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up
- Partnering with managers across the business to drive best practice
We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification or equivalent
- COSHH training
- Strong experience in fire risk assessments and compliance
- A solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in training and advising stakeholders
