We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or busy administrative roles where multitasking and accuracy are essential.
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting recruitment activities, including logging CVs and maintaining candidate and onboarding trackers.
- Coordinating interviews, booking meetings, and arranging meeting rooms.
- Assisting with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs.
- Collecting and processing new starter documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accurately filed.
- Supporting the onboarding process, including coordinating company inductions.
- Assisting with administration of temporary worker timesheets and invoices.
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records in line with company policies and legislation.
- Managing general HR administration, including filing, references, confirmation of employment, and probation tracking.
- Raising purchase orders for HR-related goods and services.
- Supporting HR compliance by ensuring records meet GDPR and data retention standards.
Assisting with updating HR policies and documentation.
- Maintaining training records, including coordinating first aider certifications and refresher training.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or a fast-paced administrative role would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
