Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing organisation in Central Cheltenham with the appointment of an HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys the operational side of HR, with a strong emphasis on HR administration, compliance, and employee support.
This role will suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing a wide range of HR processes while also providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
DAY TO DAY:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including:
- Offer letters, contracts, variations, and onboarding documentation
- Leavers, exit processes, and final paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HR systems
- Manage probation reviews, absence tracking, holiday records, and performance documentation
- Absence management
- Performance and conduct matter
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
- Posting vacancies
- Arranging interviews
- Offer process and right-to-work checks
- Respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner
- Support HR projects and process improvement
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate monthly data
FOR YOU:

Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer, or strong HR Administrator role

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office

Working towards your CIPD Level 3 or qualified
