This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle.
DAY TO DAY:
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, contract preparation and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and managing recruitment documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and issuing of employment contracts, offer letters and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
- Support the HR team with absence management administration and reporting.
- Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR support in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration by ensuring employee data is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
- Produce HR reports and management information as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience within coordinator/admin experience, any type of HR experience would be desirable but not essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.
- A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential.
