This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR operations and drive people-focused strategies within a values-led environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring best practice across all areas of HR.
DAY TO DAY:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with employment law and organisational values.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, offering practical HR advice and guidance.
- Manage employee relations including performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Oversee HR administration such as contracts, references, and policy updates.
- Support recruitment activity, leading interviews and ensuring smooth processes..
- Maintain HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and accurate reporting.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in an HR management role, ideally within healthcare, social care, or a similar people-focused sector.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience looking after a volume company and looking after complex ER queries'
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
