Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high growth, international company the appointment of a HR Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape and deliver HR strategy across a multi-country workforce
Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead HR operations, provide strategic guidance, and support managers and employees across all aspects of the people lifecycle.
DAY TO DAY:
- Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver the organisation’s people and talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention and succession.
- Lead, develop and support a small HR team, fostering a collaborative and proactive HR function.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across Europe.
- Oversee compensation and benefits activity, including payroll coordination, salary reviews and benefits administration.
- Act as a senior point of contact for employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, redundancies and appeals.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal changes.
- Oversee HR systems, data accuracy and reporting, producing insights and metrics to support business decision-making.
- Lead performance management processes and support managers with appraisals, development planning and capability issues.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Identify training needs and deliver learning and development programmes to support a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to and lead European-wide HR projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in a HR Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organisation.
- 5 years + HR Manager experience
- Strong background in employee relations and operational HR
- Experience managing or leading an HR team
- Confident using HR systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum)
- CIPD Level 7 highly desirable
