Inbound Sales Advisor
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client in search of an Inbound Contact Centre Agent to join their busy Sales team based in Bedminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys a fast-paced, inbound-focused role and thrives in a structured contact centre environment.
DAY TO DAY
-
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.

Book appointments quickly and accurately, in line with company procedures and availability.

Manage and update Consultant diaries in advance, including re-visits.

Monitor and action awaiting appointments, web enquiries, postponed and cancelled bookings.

Send appointment confirmations and reminder emails and text messages.

Ensure appointment outcomes are updated accurately on the CRM system.

Organise out-of-area appointment coverage where required.

Support outbound agents to ensure appointments are booked efficiently.

Carry out ad hoc customer care calls and feedback findings to the management team.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE

Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or appointment-booking role.

Confidence handling high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work to scripts, processes, and data accuracy standards.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Hourly pay of £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay.

Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, office-based in Bedminster.
