At Juice Recruitment, we're delighted to be supporting a respected and growing complex care provider in the search for an experienced Interim Registered Manager to support services across Gloucestershire and Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished care professional with a strong background in supported living services who is looking for a flexible interim assignment with the autonomy to drive service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for the effective management and oversight of supported living services, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.
Working Pattern:
- 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (some flexibility available)
- £250 per day
- Based across services in Gloucestershire and Bristol
- Participation in the on-call rota (1 weekend in 3)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight across supported living services.
- Ensure services remain compliant with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Support, mentor and develop care teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for service users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practice.
- Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and risk management processes effectively.
- Monitor service performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders including families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
- Ensure person-centred care remains at the heart of service delivery.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of supported living services (essential).
- Experience working within complex care environments.
- A thorough understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to quickly assess needs, implement improvements, and maintain high-performing services.
- A flexible and proactive approach to managing multiple sites and priorities.
