Juice Recruitment is excited to be looking for a motivated Internal Sales Assistant to join a team in Melksham.
In this role, you will work closely with new and existing customers, making outbound calls to check in with your customer base and proactively address their requirements to maximise opportunity. You will cross-sell and upsell, process orders, maximise stock and find solutions to customer requirements.
We are looking for someone with previous sales and client service experience who can build a fantastic rapport with customers. If you are confident in making outbound calls to existing customers, whilst identifying new business opportunities, this could be the role for you!
There is a commission structure on offer for this role.
DAY TO DAY:
- Contact existing and new customers via phone to identify new product requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Actively prospect and identify potential new customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when stock is out, ensuring customers receive alternatives that suit their needs.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders have been processed.
- Handle stock-related issues and produce accurate quotes as needed.
- Keep the CRM database updated with customer information, including pricing and contact details.
