Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a specialist consultancy organisation in their search for a Microsoft 365 IT Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious and security-minded IT professional to join a growing Cyber/Technology team within a forward-thinking business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and administering the organisation’s IT environment, ensuring systems remain secure, resilient and efficient. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is keen to continue developing their technical skillset.
DAY TO DAY:
- Provide day-to-day technical support across Microsoft 365 and third-party applications
- Support macOS, iOS, Windows and Android devices
- Manage password resets and MFA configuration for Microsoft and Apple accounts
- Set up, rebuild, reset and securely dispose of devices including:MacBook,iPhones & iPads,Windows laptops,Android devices
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including:Entra ID,Intune,Defender,SharePoint, Teams and Exchange
- Manage Apple Business Manager and corporate password management tools
- Oversee mobile phone contracts
- Source and procure IT equipment and DSE items
- Manage software licensing, including Microsoft subscriptions
- Monitor and respond to alerts and vulnerabilities using Microsoft Defender
- Maintain device compliance via Intune
- Support security accreditations such as Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus
- Configure laptops and mobile devices for training purposes
