Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established legal firm in recruiting a Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team in central Bath.

You’ll work within the conveyancing team to provide high-quality and integral administrative support to lawyers, whilst providing an exemplary level of service to clients.
This is a fast-paced role, so we are looking for someone with previous experience who can hit the ground running.
DAY TO DAY
- Being point of contact for the conveyancing team, managing client matters where appropriate
- Screening incoming calls, sorting mail and emails
- Typing correspondence, filing, and opening new files
- Ordering searches and Land Registry documents
- Preparing files for billing and drafting some documents
- Screening incoming calls, sorting mail and emails
- Liaising with clients and other parties to update on transaction progress
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
- Previous legal or conveyancing experience
- Calm, professional, and polite approach under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft packages)
- Great attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Collaborative and flexible approach
- Ability to make sound decisions and take ownership of tasks
