In this role, you will join a highly organised and detail-focused team responsible for managing a significant global portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working to deadlines, managing data accurately, and playing a key role in supporting a fast-paced and structured renewals function. Full training will be provided as part of a comprehensive induction programme, with genuine opportunities to develop into international renewals over time.
About the role
As a Renewals Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation, processing, and management of renewal activity across a UK and international portfolio. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will ensure all renewals are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with strict deadlines.
This is a varied and highly structured role where attention to detail, organisation, and confidence working with systems are essential. You will also have exposure to client communication and will play an important part in maintaining the integrity of key records and documentation.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and filing renewal applications across a global portfolio
• Managing renewal formalities and processing associated legal documentation
• Maintaining accurate case records and diary management systems
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring all renewal activity is completed within required timescales
• Liaising with clients to provide guidance on requirements, processes, and associated costs
• Updating and maintaining records across internal systems and databases
• Carrying out detailed administrative tasks to support the wider renewals function
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data entry and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and support workload priorities
• Supporting continuous improvements within renewals processes where appropriate
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, deadline driven, and confident working within a structured and detail-focused environment.

• A strong administrative background
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your work
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
• Confidence working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn
