We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of property management operations. This role is key in supporting landlords, tenants, contractors, and the wider property management team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service at all times.
DAY TO DAY:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant and landlord queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate property records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
- Support with tenancy agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Manage property maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and coordinating repairs.
- Assist with rent collection, arrears monitoring, and producing financial reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Schedule property inspections and prepare related reports.
- Support the property management team with general administrative tasks, correspondence, and diary management.
- Prepare and issue communications, letters, and notices to tenants and landlords.
- Contribute to improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency within the team.

- Previous experience in property administration or lettings.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
