Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an award winning lettings company, with the appointment of a Lettings Coordinator to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in helping people find their next home. You’ll promote available properties, conduct viewings, and guide tenants through the lettings process with professionalism, honesty, and care. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that combines sales performance with genuine relationship building.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Promote properties that match tenant requirements
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Gather and relay feedback to landlords after viewings
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants to reach agreements
- Secure holding deposits and manage compliance steps
- Liaise with internal teams on maintenance or tenancy issues
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a sales or office-based role
- Experience in residential lettings or property is desirable
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle – mileage reimbursement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
