This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for a high-profile Digital and Technology excellence programme that is helping to shape the future workforce across the region.
This role would suit a commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys developing innovative campaigns, building strategic partnerships and creating engaging content that delivers measurable results.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports learner recruitment, employer engagement and stakeholder communications across a flagship digital and technology initiative.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, applications and enrolments.
- Managing digital marketing activity including websites, landing pages, SEO, paid advertising, social media and email campaigns.
- Creating compelling content, case studies and success stories that demonstrate programme impact and learner outcomes.
- Supporting employer engagement through targeted campaigns, events, communications and partnership activity.
- Developing PR and communications plans to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning and showcase achievements.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise engagement opportunities.
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing meaningful insights to support future decision-making and growth.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and delivery.
- Strong digital marketing expertise across multiple channels.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborative partnerships.
- Event planning and project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A proactive, organised and creative approach to work.
Experience within education, training, skills development or membership organisations would be advantageous, but is not essential.
