Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a great company based between Bristol and Bath in their search for a Marketing Specialist to join the team.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is a hands-on, standalone Marketing Specialist role responsible for the day-to-day delivery and performance of the company’s marketing strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, generating high-quality sales leads, and ensuring all client touchpoints reflect the company’s professional reputation. This is a varied and fast-paced position that requires creativity, structure, commercial awareness, and strong analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, with a clear focus on delivering measurable return on investment from marketing activity.
The day to day:
- Manage external digital marketing agencies and oversee campaigns across email, social media, PPC, PR, case studies, and reviews, ensuring timely delivery and optimised website content for SEO and user experience.
- Take ownership of implementing the overall marketing strategy and budgets set
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance using analytics tools, producing clear reports on key metrics and ROI for senior management.
- Create and edit high-quality marketing content across online and offline channels, including websites, blogs, vlogs, newsletters, press releases, social media, case studies, and testimonials, ensuring all materials align with the company’s brand.
- Implement and maintain the CRM system to manage client records and enable targeted communications, while responding promptly to enquiries and qualifying leads for the sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth, while developing and executing lead generation campaigns alongside agency activity.
- Coordinate client photography, case studies, testimonials, and company events, ensuring all materials and branding are professional, consistent, and delivered within budget.
What you'll bring

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

Proven experience in a marketing role, covering both digital and traditional marketing

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident working with data, analytics, and performance metrics

Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics software

A creative yet commercial mindset with strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
Desirable skills

Experience with WordPress or other content management systems

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

Relevant professional qualification such as CIM

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Pension: 10% company contribution (minimum 2.5% employee contribution)
